What is a seat?

A seat is like a seat in a classroom. It’s the way of accessing a training. A seat can be assigned to one user for one program. A seat can be transferred between users, as long as the seat hasn’t been started yet.

Are there any technical restrictions or prerequisites?

E-learning material works in all modern browsers. Access to the internet is required.

Who Benefits from Your Courses?

Our courses have been primarily used by contact centers around the globe. Our content is specifically designed to work with any type of contact center (inbound, outbound, email or social media) in different industries (BPOs, financial institutions, credit unions, healthcare providers, retailers, etc.)  However, the Customer Service course can be used by anyone handling customers whether face to face or over the telephone. Our Accent Reduction Course is for anyone who desires to neutralize their accent; it is not industry specific.

Who created the content?

Our content is created by Kathy Sisk Founder and CEO of Kathy Sisk Learning and Kathy Sisk Enterprises. Ms. Sisk has more than 40 years training call center and direct sales agents her training platforms. See About Us for more details

About our training content

How long can the content be accessed?

When a user starts the program (i.e. opens the first module), he/she will have 6 months to complete the program. The content is available for the entire 6 months, even after completion, allowing the content to still be reviewed.

Can a program be reused?

For the entire 6 months usage you will have access to the training purchased but it cannot be copied or downloaded. As long as the person has access to the user name and password you will have the ability to access the training. 

Are any handouts or other supporting materials included?

You may print the tests and answers. 

In which languages is the e-learning content available?

Our training content is currently available in English only.

How often is the content updated?

Our curriculum is maintained continuously to comply with the latest trends and techniques in the contact center industry. The platform is also improved continuously to comply with the latest technological developments. Our objective is to add trustworthy content we feel is helpful to our customers.

About the Exams


How many attempts do I have to take the exam?

There is no limit to the number of attempts to take the exam. If a learner does not pass the exam, he or she can go back and review the areas they need to relearn and take the exam again when they are ready.  The exams are only for your benefit to determine the level of mastery of each student and what areas they need more help.

How many questions are on the exams? Are they timed?

The number of questions is specific to the program. The exams are not limited in time. The exams assess whether the learning objectives for the specific program have been achieved by the learner.

How can learners become certified?

Currently we do not offer certification however we recommend you have your own certification in place.
